They emailed me for our 1 year of purchasing a vehicle. Prior to that we took it to them to “service” it. They updated our idle and it just stopped working. I called them and asked a few weeks later and they told me I needed to drive it a longer distance for it to work again. We did that, and nothing. So when he emailed I brought that back up and they just ignored my question AGAIN. We were not asked if we wanted the update either. If I could leave zero stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Drove there the day of and the vehicle was no longer available as it sold the day before. A courtesy call would have been nice but, yes, I know... they still wanted me in the door to potentially sell me on something else. Common courtesy is all I ask for. Lost any future business from me.

Bought a car from them and it didn’t go overly terrible. The price was decent without jumping through hoops and haggling. I was buying entirely remote (not in person). That process took way longer than it ever needed to, but I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t really push the issue. It shouldn’t take an entire day to respond a 4 days to complete the purchase though. When delivering the car I guess they usually use a flat bed to not put miles on it, but thus, they couldn’t get one. Not a huge deal ...

Went to buy a used vehicle. First when we asked about negotiating price we was told the price they don't do that. Second when I asked about doing something to make me feel better about the deal even something simple as a couple of free oil.changrs no response. When it came to financing they only checked with their normal company they use all the time. Luckily the percent was ok but they added a $3000 warranty. On 3/22/2023, Ken Vance Motors service professional completed a tire rotation and oil change on our 2019 Honda CRV. The staff are friendly and very competent. Our vehicles have been serviced by Kence Vance Motors for over 3 decades. The staff at this dealership have provided high quality vehicle sales and service.

I had a delightful experience. From the door being opened for me to an hour long q&a session. I visited to continue my car research, one can only learn so much online. My questions were answered honestly. More important, I did not suffer from qualifying questions or pressure tactics. My representative and I set a 'next-step' agenda (I want to text drive 3 vehicles). Yes, I said 'my representative.' I feel I have a person who will help me through the sales process. While time will tell, this review is to recognize professionalism.

Long time customer. Tied to schedule oil change. They now use a call service. It was a nightmare. When I call I prefer to speak with Jessie in service, not a call center that did not even know Ken Vance has 2 buildings. Will no longer use them for service.

No Hassle , they are not pushy at all. My kind of place. Very professional , very knowledge about all of their vechiles. I would recommend this to all, especially my family and friends. A plus to our purchase was , a free lifetime car washes. Love it.

I called to have my new Ridgeline serviced. After navigating through the first set of phone trees, I got a human who then transferred me to Honda Service. After waiting for the phone to be answered, I hung up after ring 15. Doesn't fill me with confidence, and I will be going elsewhere for service.

I just wanted to tell people getting a recall for the air bag shrapnel that I went in to the Eau Claire WI Honda dealership with cruise control and a horn that worked and as soon as I left the dealership they didn't work. I rescheduled an appointment with them for the following week about the problem, and they just took it apart, and said it was on it's way out. I live in St. Paul, MN, and of the numerous Honda dealerships in the Twin Cities, I'd rather drive to Eau Claire, WI to buy a vehicle through trustworthy salesman, Dan McCargor, who was referred to me by my sister-in-law. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from him so far, and expect to buy another sometime soon. He doesn't pressure-sell to you, and makes sure that you're well taken care of whether you're buying a new or used vehicle.
